Mostafa Peysokhan is from Abadan which is a small town in the south of Iran. He grew up in Tehran over the age of eight years old. Then after that, he and his family relocated to Yazd. And they resided in Yazd for just one year! and finally, they ended up with Abadan. He lived in Abadan for almost all his teenage age. At the age of eleven years old, he admitted to the National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (NODET) school. After finishing high school, he admitted to Physics of solid states at the Isfahan University of Technology. After successfully finishing the bachelor's degree he admitted to the master's program of Photonics at the Shahid Beheshti University of Tehran with the national rank of two in the whole country. His main research focus during the master's program was Plasmonics, whispering gallery mode, CO2 laser, and MEMS. During these years he fell in love with his current wife. They got married after a few years and he believes that it was the first revolution in his life, and he calls it LOVE REVOLUTION!
After finishing his master's program he started working as a research assistant at the Shahid Beheshti University for about 2.5 years. He is a follower of Arnold J. Toynbee especially about the main reason of born of civilization. Toynbee believed that the main reason for raising 28 of the biggest civilization in the history of the world is the cycle of "Challenge and Response" and one of the main challenges for human beings is the challenge of new land. Mostafa figured out to be prosperous he needs to measure himself by immigration challenge. So He immigrated to the USA. He believed that immigration to the USA was a huge turning point in his life and he calls it the second revolution in his life; IMMIGRATION REVOLUTION!
He started the Optical Science and Engineering (OSE) program at the University of New Mexico(UNM) in 2015. In 2017 his son was born, and he was honored to receive a new label of being the father. He received his master's degree in 2018 and now he is a Ph.D. candidate. He invented a device for quality control of the doped optical fiber and he is looking for a market for his device. Furthermore, he involved in inventing a device for solving a major global problem which is a home plastic bag compactor, that makes the plastic bags ready for recycling. He also invented the CorVent which is a simple and inexpensive ventilator toward facing the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he involved in the invention of PSTS that can prevent biological microscopy failure. He raised $6K for the entrepreneurial activities that he involved. Now he is busy with entrepreneurial activities and waiting for the third revolution ENTREPRENEURIAL REVOLUTION!
